No Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kamalli's Dreams, all of our products are made to order with the highest attention to detail. This includes our digital products, which are instantly delivered once the purchase is complete.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once the order is processed and the download link is provided.

Physical Products

For our made-to-order physical products, we only accept returns if the goods are damaged upon arrival. To process a refund, we require the following:

  1. Order Number – To verify your purchase.

  2. Photo of the Damaged Merchandise – This helps us assess the issue and improve our quality control.

Once we receive and review the required information, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 7 business day for the refund to be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you and the merchandise is damage, you'll receive a gift credit for the value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the gift certificate to the gift giver.
